A laned home is a home of which does not include a garage fronting the street. The garage is located off a lane at the back of the home and is a separate structure from the home. The home is separated from backing any other homes by the lane. Laned homes in Eastbrook start at 1250 sq. ft.
A front-attached home is where the garage is located on the front of the home and is attached as a secondary entrance at the front of the home.
