Crosbie Park

Central to Crosbie Park is the pirate themed play structure creating opportunities for kids of all ages and abilities to play together. With wheelchair accessible features and the integration of activities for differing ages allows for kids to play together and fosters a positive environment to be outdoors.

Kiswahep Park

Kiswahep Park is a beacon of activity and community engagement. This bustling urban square in the heart of the neighbourhood sees people gather throughout the year, taking part in farmers markets, celebrations, and community fairs, or simply to enjoy a walk, bike or skate, steps from home.

Naturalized Walkways

Eastbrook is the first new community complete with a naturalized landscape area. Boasting 1.8 km of walking trails and complete with seating areas and a direct path to Crosbie Park. Eastbrook has advanced systems for naturalized stormwater and sustainable landscapes which were developed in partnership with Ducks Unlimited in hope to create a community with cleaner water, picturesque uplands, better managed wind, water, and soil erosion, and a great habitat for local wildlife.

Public Art

Dream is proud to make Eastbrook home to the first purpose built public art piece in one of Regina’s new communities. A joint initiative between Dream, the University of Regina, Heavy Industries and the City of Regina, the project will increase access to arts and culture, while fostering dialogue in the community. University of Regina, Faculty of Media, Art and Performance, Department of Visual Arts students under the guidance of industry professionals have collaborated on the design of the public art piece, which will be located in Eastbrook’s Urban Square.
